Hello, I’m Reginald Smit, private chef and founder of Ethny Nomad Cuisine.

With more than 13 years of experience in gastronomy, I started my career in fine dining, notably at the Michelin-starred Bozar Restaurant in Brussels, before developing my own culinary identity based on fusion cuisine, combining French techniques with influences from around the world.

During the COVID period, I specialized as a private chef, creating exclusive dining experiences for clients across Belgium, the Netherlands and France. This journey led me to open my own culinary space and develop the concept Ethny Nomad Cuisine, focused on multicultural gastronomy, creativity and high-end private dining.

My cuisine blends culture, travel and modern food design, with a strong focus on seasonality, aesthetics and emotion.
