I was born and raised in Sardinia, where I discovered my passion for cooking at a very young age while working in local hotels and restaurants. This curiosity pushed me to travel and train internationally, developing a culinary style rooted in technique, elegance, and global influences.

At 19, I began my journey abroad, living between Dublin and London and working in high-level restaurants such as Andina, Bread Street Kitchen, and Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin-starred Petrus. These experiences allowed me to refine my skills, grow in kitchen management, and shape my approach to contemporary gastronomy.

My career then took me to Dubai as Senior Sous Chef at Armani/Ristorante in the Armani Hotel at the Burj Khalifa, where the team earned a Michelin Star and 3 Gault & Millau Toques. I later became Head Chef at Cinque Ristorante at Five Palm.

I am now based in Switzerland, working as an Executive Chef and leading international teams while creating culinary experiences that highlight high-quality ingredients, precise technique, and a modern aesthetic.

As a private chef, I bring a fully personalized service to my guests’ homes: tailored menus, modern Italian cuisine with Sardinian roots, international influences, and meticulous attention to detail. My goal is to deliver an elegant, professional, and memorable dining experience, shaped by the standards of the world’s top restaurants.
