cooking and it soon became a passion. That has given me so much, I have known a new way of seeing what arrounds me.
The diploma obtained at the hotel institute allowed me to learn better the chemistry of food and to approach the world of work, partly carried out in Italy and Switzerland with international chefs who introduced me to various types of cuisine and opened my mind to new combinations .
