My name is Teodoro Cardone and I am a Chef with 16 years of experience.
In 2011 I graduated from the hotel school "Enrico Mattei" in Vieste and from there my culinary journey began, in all these years I have been a sponge, I have absorbed all the news and techniques of many Chefs, so that I have been able to create my own style of cooking and my own identity of tastes.
Today I am ready to satisfy your palates with innovative and authentic dishes.
