I’m a passionate chef with professional training and extensive experience in Italy and internationally. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work in different kitchens and culinary environments, developing a style that combines Italian tradition, technique and creativity.
My speciality is fresh handmade pasta, from ravioli and tortellini to lasagna, gnocchi and other traditional Italian preparations. I love working with quality ingredients and transforming simple products into elegant and memorable dishes.
My cuisine is rooted in Italian culinary tradition, while also embracing Portuguese and international influences. I create personalised menus according to each client, occasion and preference — from intimate dinners and celebrations to private events, villa experiences, Meal Prep and cooking workshops.
For me, being a Private Chef is more than preparing a meal. It is about creating an experience: bringing my kitchen, my passion and a little taste of Italy directly to your table.
