My name is Eduardo, and I have over five years of experience working in professional kitchens. Throughout my career, I have worked in multiply positions in professional kitchens, including Chef de Partie, Cook, Sous Chef, and Head Chef, gaining a solid and versatile culinary background.

I studied French cuisine in Lisbon and Paris, where I developed strong technical foundations and a deep respect for classical cooking.

My cuisine is rooted in tradition, but always expressed with a modern, creative, and artistic approach. I enjoy blending everything I have learned over the years, combining classical techniques with contemporary presentation and flavors.

Having worked in high-quality bistros and modern restaurants, my food reflects comfort, elegance, and balance — familiar flavors reimagined with a modern touch.
