Sou um chefe jovem e dinâmico, com experiencia a mais de 10 anos, formado na Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve, trabalhei com alguns chefes de renome, bem como em hotéis de 5 estrelas e bons restaurantes de eleição na região.

Cozinho com paixão como forma de amar os outros, tendo também a vertente de pastelaria, adoro tudo o que seja doce e apostei muito nessa área também, para poder assim oferecer momentos únicos do inicio ao fim (nas suas refeições).

Chef Jorge made a wonderful meal for our family. We are vegetarian, one person gluten free, and two small kids that are picky eaters and he developed a menu that accommodated all of us. Each dish was well thought out and delicious. Chef Jorge was punctual and friendly. He did everything from setting the table, refilling our wine, and left the kitchen spotless. Would definitely highly recommend him

This was an amazing experience. Our family had a great meal at our Airbnb without having to cook or clean up. Was super thrilled from begging to end. The food was delicious and presentation superb.

Booked a dinner for our last night in Carrapateira and it was amazing! The chef made an extra meal to accommodate for some dietary restrictions and was very friendly. The food was delish! Highly recommended this experience!

Take A Chef was an amazing experience!! Our Chef, Jorge, was on time, brought everything with him, and was delighted to answer my questions about the food and how it is cooked. He set the table for us, made a delicious meal, served our family, and cleaned up afterwards. Simply Amazing!! I highly recommend to others and will be doing this again on a future vacation.

This experience was better than we could’ve ever imagined. A great way to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. The menu was delicious and the service impeccable.

Jorge did a great job, he firstly bailed us out last minute with literally 24 hours notice after the chef we had organised elsewhere cancelled. He then produced a menu, made alterations as we requested. Turned up early and was even able to deal with multiple power cuts during his preparation. Food was perfect for the occasion and when it was done it was as though they had never been. Thank you Jorge. Highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant service- cannot recommend enough. Service was lovely and food was amazing. Managed to serve a 5* meal in quite a small and limited kitchen with no fuss. Very accommodating for lots of dietary requirements. Will be using them again when we come back!

Absolutely lovely evening, our family enjoyed all the different starters, main dishes and dessert. Jorge and Mario went to a lot of effort to prepare food and set out the table so our family could enjoy the evening. We thought quality of food product they brought was of a high standard and we loved some of the interesting starters we had, like explosive olives, which we had never tried. We would definitely recommend both Jorge and Mario.
