Cooking is my way of blending creativity and care to craft memorable dining experiences.

I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience in international gastronomy, currently based in Lisbon. My culinary career began in 2014 and includes experience in renowned restaurants in both Brazil and Portugal, as well as working on international cruise ships across Europe.

In Lisbon, I have worked as both head chef and pastry chef in well-known venues such as Dear Breakfast and A Cevicheria. My formal training in gastronomy at the IGA – Culinary Institute of America, combined with HACCP food safety certification, complements my hands-on experience in professional kitchens.

My cooking style blends Mediterranean, Latin American, and contemporary influences, always highlighting fresh and seasonal ingredients. I am also the owner of Oh! Sweet café, located in Calçada da Estrela, where I develop pastry creations and brunch dishes.

As a private chef, I offer personalized dining experiences, creating exclusive menus for intimate dinners, celebrations, and special events, always focusing on detail, flavor, and the overall guest experience.
