From a young age I was sure that my career would be related with gastronomy and services. I started my own brand, working as a Pastry Chef, taking orders in my own community. From a constant search for new learning I decided to delve deeper into french cooking techniques through Le Cordon Bleu Rio de Janeiro. That experience changed my point of view and opened many doors for me. I took on a role as a Executive Chef of a big catering company in my hometown, making events for 200 people. Currently, I pursue a solo career working as a private chef, testing my limits and my creativity in order to improve my work.

Marina has been a great asset to our holiday! Not only her food was delicious but she also showed an incredible flexibility. Our group size varied from 10-20+ people and she handled with perfection the meals size. Always with a smile, always on time, she would make suggestions on the menu of the week, adjusting to our queries of French cuisine but also kids friendly menu and more sophisticated meal. I would recommend her 100% to anyone !

Marina and her assistant were fabulous. The food, the service and the ambience they created for our informal large family dinner was perfect. I would 100% recommend and will be engaging Marina again in the future.

We had Marina at our hokiday villa whilst we were away, and it was to celebrate my friends 40th birthday. She was so accommodating, she adjusted the menu based on needs and likes and was absolutely incredible on the day! There was so much food and Marina took the time to explain everything course and what they were. The food was amazing and we had 4 boys ranging from the age of 9 -14 and all of them tried everything and thought the food was fab too!! I would definitely recommend Marina, she is a fantastic chef but also such a lovely person as well! She made our celebration even more special!

From first contact with Marina she provided a sample menu that met the brief, including vegetarian options. Very responsive to messages including last minute requests. She arrived promptly on the day and was happy to partake in birthday celebrations. Marina perfectly introduced each course and wine pairings. The food was outstanding and exceeded our expectations, as was her service. The kitchen was left spotless when she left. Highly recommend Chef Marina and hope to get the opportunity to book her again.

Marina was incredible, she arrived on time with all of the goodies. This was for my husbands birthday dinner and the presentation was beautifully done, over all the food was excellent - each course was delicious and she accommodated for the kids so there were no complaints! The clean up after - she left our kitchen spotless and we have some leftover to enjoy the next day. Highly recommend and will definitely book again when we come back to town

Chef Marina was great! The meals she prepared were delicious, the portions were great, the wine pairings worked for all the dishes and her and her team setup a beautiful table. She showed up, providing me updates on her arrival, as well as responded to all my questions and requests before hand. Very easy to communicate. If I was back in the area I would 100% go with Chef Marina again she was wonderful!

Chef Marina was wonderful, professional, polite and delivered what was expected. Punctual, polite, and talented. Our group of eight coordinated breakfast and a dinner and all moments were spectacular. Dinner's catch of the day was my favorite out of all meals prepared. We had enough leftover from breakfast and dinner that we did not really need to prepare much more food, considering we were at at an AirBnB. Highly recommend Chef Marina!

Chef Marina was amazing from beginning to end. My entire experience with her was top tier. She also offered to help us with any activities we wanted to plan and sent us a list of recommended restaurants. I will definitely book her again on my next trip to Rio!

Marina was incredible! She was flexible until we agreed on a perfect menu, she worked well with all the appliances in the Airbnb I was staying, the food was amazing, the presentation and explanation to my party was great. I would recommend her to everyone!
