Our chef was fabulous. He did a wonderful job from start to finish. We didn't have to worry about him at all and we were able to focus on our wedding day. The food was beautiful and delicious and he was so professional and nice.

Unfortunately, our chef was changed the day before the event due to injury; however, we were sent another chef who was incredible - Fredy. Although he was running late; we cannot falter the food. We were staying in a cottage with a small kitchen and limited facilities; yet the food he prepared and delivered to us was second to none. Everything was amazing and he even prepared extra dishes before the 1st course came out which we were not expecting at all. He was friendly with everyone as we had several children who were not eating with us, yet he made an effort with everyone. Fredy was a pleasure to have for our celebration. and although English was not his first language, we had a Spanish speaker who also spoke with him to make him feel comfortable. This was not a problem though and we wish we had had him longer during the holiday. Definitely above and beyond what we were expecting.

Micas was great, he made good food and gave us an afternoon of peace and relaxation. The food was tasty and portions were generous. We’d have Micah back!

Each course was better than the last, and you could tell how much care and passion went into every element. Having Micas there truly made our night. It was for a hen party, and the private dining setup added such a special touch to the evening. It felt intimate, relaxed, and effortlessly fun — exactly what we wanted. Chef Micas was fantastic, he accommodated our group requests for some menu changes and communicated well throughout the planning process. On the day he arrived on time, was friendly and professional and served a delicious meal to our group celebrating a hen weekend. Everyone was really impressed with the quality of the food and the overall experience was a real treat, for a great price. He left the kitchen spotless. We would highly recommend.

Hiring a private chef allowed our last night on a family trip to be relaxing and focused on bonding. Chef Micas was professional and accommodating. We enjoyed experiencing his tasty local cuisine.

Chef Micas prepared a delicious and beautifully-presented Portuguese menu for our large group. It was the most delicious food we have eaten on our holiday so far! He was happy to find his way around the kitchen preparing, allowing us to enjoy a stress-free and relaxing evening. He also left the kitchen absolutely spotless. Thank you Micas!

Chef Micas was punctual and accommodating to dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and the presentation was lovely. He was very kind and professional- we really enjoyed the entire experience!

Micas was wonderful. VERY accommodating in scheduling menu (different main for adults vs. kids - 14 ppl in total) and timing. Easy and quick responses and most importantly the food was great. Overall very happy with his dinner.

We were a group of 14; 7 adults 7 children, including 1 gluten free and 1 dairy free. Chef Micas had a challenge ahead of him but accomplished it as a true professional. His meals were very good and pleased everyone. If we came back to this area we would hire him again for dinners and breakfasts.
