Hello, my name is Raphael.

I am a German speaking Chef, that lives at the Algarve. I love to cook mediterranean/ tradicional food.

I am a young chef with a lot of milestones behind me. With 23 years I’ve already cooked at Michelin restaurants, in the Swiss Alps and opened a restaurant where I was the chef. Now, following my biggest dream, I’ve become a private chef.

Nowadays, I try to share the best that I have acquired during my journey, offering you a memorable gastronomic experience.

Sou um chef profissional com 22 anos, mas com várias conquistas, tirei o curso de cozinha na escola de turismo e hotelaria de Portimão, estagiei em restaurantes com estrela Michelin, trabalhei nos Alpes suíços, e neste momento abri o restaurante Rivus em Odeceixe com uma cozinha aberta e um conceito moderno mediterrâneo.
