Born in a family generation of artist chefs and worked in UK restaurants and hotel as the Marriott Hotel of Glasgow.
I moved to Portugal from Scotland about one year ago and now I would like to conquer the Portuguese palates with my tasty food.
I learned different cuisines of the world so... I'm ready for the challenge.
