Professional chef specialised in flavour driven cuisine, private dining and tailor-made gastronomic experiences.
I am a professional chef with six years of experience in signature cuisine and high-end restaurants. My cooking is guided by respect for the product, solid technique, and, above all, flavour. I believe in food that is well executed, honest and enjoyable.
My journey began in Brazil, where I started studying gastronomy at a young age. Over the years, I have built a broad skill set, working across different areas of the kitchen, from pastry to food styling, always with attention to detail and presentation.
I have experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants, catering companies, and leading gastronomic operations in a five-star hotel in Lisbon. These experiences shaped the way I work today: organised, adaptable and focused on delivering quality in every service.
Currently, I work with private dinners, small events, lunch boxes and tailor-made gastronomic experiences. I enjoy creating menus that feel comforting but still refined, using fresh, seasonal ingredients, treated with care and intention.
More than just cooking, I value the full experience. I like things to run smoothly, calmly and with good organisation, so clients can simply relax, sit at the table and enjoy the moment.
