Disfruto cocinando intentando superarme día a día con un continuo aprendizaje
Soy chef desde hace más de 15 años, me mueve la cocina los sabores un continuo aprendizaje y la felicidad de poder dedicarme a lo que me llena. Mi cocina la defino como una cocina práctica, sincera con muchos toques de creatividad cocinando siempre con gusto y respeto por el producto. Estudie cocina en Sevilla con 18 años y el.viento me llevo a trabajar en Barcelona , Madrid, Huelva, Huesca, Ibiza, Mallorca, Benidorm, Alicante y Sevilla en algunos de los mejores hoteles 5 estrellas gran lujo y restaurantes gastronómicos trabajando con multitud de chefs de gran categoría.
Actualmente soy jefe de cocina ejecutivo en un hotel en la provincia de Sevilla.
