Chef Catalina Brennan Maza

Born in Madrid, I´m a tireless traveler, trained in the kitchens of the world and in the Basque Culinary Center.

My cooking is full of contrasts, flavors and colors, what I call "La cocina de la felicidad". Mediterranean and global, my many travels have allowed me to absorb different cuisines and perfect my own.

I love the closeness of dealing with the client and the instant feedback that the gastronomic experiences at home, workshops and showcookings offer me.

My philosophy of life is the Japanese "Kaizen", that of "continuous improvement" which I also apply to my cooking, teaching new techniques to my public through fun workshops.

I work in Super Yachts, with private owners and charters; Luxury Villas, and wherever life will take me (once, a showcookings in a cement factory!) I truly believe in adapting to the customers 'needs.

Nací en Madrid, viajera incansable, me he formado en las cocinas del mundo y en el Basque Culinary Center.

Mi cocina está llena de colores, sabores y contrastes, lo que llamo "la cocina de la felicidad". Mediterránea y global, mis constantes viajes me han permitido absorber las distintas cocinas y perfeccionar la mía propia.

Me encanta la cercanía de trato con el cliente y el feedback instantáneo que me ofrecen las experiencias gastronómicas a domicilio, talleres y showcookings.

Mi filosofía de vida es el “Kaizen”, japonesa, significa “mejora continua” y la aplico también a mi cocina, con nuevas técnicas que traslado a todos los públicos a través de divertidos talleres.

Trabajo en barcos y villas de lujo, tanto con clientes particulares como con charters y cliente vacacional, y allá donde me llevé la vida (hasta un showcooking en una cementera en Ponferrada!) Creo en ser muy versátil y en adaptarse plenamente a las necesidades de cada cliente.
