I am a passionate chef who sees cooking not only as a profession, but also as a way to express creativity, convey emotions, and connect cultures.

Since I was a child, I discovered my passion for cooking thanks to my mother, who passed on to me her love for this art. At the age of 15, I began my first professional experience in the world of gastronomy, and since then I have worked in different countries with the goal of learning and enriching myself through their culinary traditions. I have experience in prestigious restaurants and high-end hotels. I also have professional university training from UG (Gastronomic University, Uruguay) and EHIB (Hospitality School, Spain).

I currently have 10 years of experience in this beautiful profession, which has gradually become my way of life and part of my everyday routine.
