I was born and raised in Esquel, Chubut, Patagonia Argentina, where I learned a lot about cooking thanks to my grandmother who was my mentor. Then in 2005 I traveled to France where I acquired knowledge and skills in cooking. I worked in several restaurants alongside great chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers, in different countries with diverse cultures; where I could develop as a professional and achieve quality standards and customer satisfaction. I am a sommelier and winemaker, and I take part in a family wine project (Casa Yagüe Vinos Australes), in Patagonia Argentina, in the Trevelin Valley.

Finally, two years ago I decided to move to Mallorca after falling in love with it’s beauty. Inspired by the products that this island gives me, my culinary approach today is based on holistic nutrition and sustainable living, always using regional ingredients, seasonal products combined with flavors of the world. Part of my personal quest is to evolve in my kitchen, my services, and also as a person. I’m a nature lover, and I have great respect for my clients. It is a great satisfaction to be able to create food that exceeds expectations, generating emotions and good times.
