Sono uno chef professionista con più di 12 anni di esperienza. Ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo, inclusa una delle migliori destinazioni gastronomiche, il Perù, e ho lavorato in uno dei migliori ristoranti del mondo, il MAIDO. Ho aperto due ristoranti in Italia, uno a Como e l'altro a Torino, come chef di punta. Dopo aver completato questi progetti, mi sono trasferito a Toronto per assumere la posizione di Sous Chef di un ristorante stellato Michelin, il ALO. Attualmente lavoro come freelance e condivido la mia esperienza e conoscenza attraverso i miei piatti.
