I am young, passionate and hardworking chef with experiences in different types of cuisine. From molecular, alpine to mediterranean. I worked in Croatia, Netherland and Austria in all types of cuisines, from small teams to hotels. Mostly high quality hotels and restaurants. I have traveled and learned about cuisine at my private time too all over Europe so far, and hopefully in future, I will expand my knowledge even further, to middle and far east, south american, nordic etc.
