Cooking passionately since childhood, I began my career as a chef in Tenerife (Canary Islands) in Osteria da Andrea, an Italian Osteria focused on slow food and local products. Three years later, I returned to Barcelona where I acquired my studies as a professional chef. After another three years studying at the hostelry school, I trained in some of the best restaurants of the city such as Cal Blay, Al Natural (macrobiotic food), the Maridatge, and the only restaurant in Andorra with a Michelin star, Aquarius.

At 23, I started my first restaurant as an owner, Can Cabanyes, where I learned what it takes to develop your own project through the passion and perseverance that this profession requires, improving myself every day professionally and personally. Shortly, I founded the Association of Young Chefs from Garraf (Barcelona).

From this point, I started to conduct small consulting projects, helping restaurants such as Delorta (Hotel Solvi-Bcn), Bambuddah Groove (Ibiza), Pamela's Beach Club (Tarragona), Hotel Ses Pitreres (Ibiza), Zafiro (Ibiza), Hotel-Boutique Las Brisas (Ibiza), Beer Garden (Hamburg). This was combined with teaching cooking classes to small groups as well as working on my greatest passion: private chef. Since 2012, I have been carrying out all kinds of services to both villas and yachts.

In 2016, I opened my second restaurant as a co-owner in Ibiza, San Telmo, in charge of renovating completely a restaurant with more than 50 years, and obtaining the distinction of Ibiza Sabors for using the finest local products and for renovating the traditional recipes from Ibiza..
