I am a swiss professional private chef since many years. I Absolved my culinary degree and swiss internship in Bern with an expertise in European and Mediterranean cuisine. In such a young age I was able to work within different segments of the gastronomy like fine dining restaurants, star-hotels and bistros. I feel best to communicate with swiss german and english.
