I am a young, dedicated and innovative culinary professional with a passion for creating memorable dining experience.
I am a swiss professional private chef since of 10 years. I absolved my culinary degree and swiss internship in Bern with an expertise in European cuisine. In such a young age I was able to work within different segments of the gastronomy with the help of my suppliers and sponsors (Transgourmet AG, Bianchi AG, Adia AG, etc.), from *Michelin star restaurants, 5 star hotels to system gastronomy. I feel best to communicate with swiss german and english.
