Bringing Authentic Chinese Culinary Traditions to the Table

We are passionate about sharing authentic Chinese cuisine, culture, and history through meaningful culinary experiences. Together, we bring more than 20 years of experience in the culinary world, combining traditional knowledge, craftsmanship, and a deep love for Chinese food.

Over the years, we have organized Chinese cooking courses, workshops, and cultural food events for many different communities. We have hosted events at places such as St. Karlshof in Zug with around 40 guests, celebrated Chinese New Year events with more than 45 participants, and supported larger gatherings with over 100 guests.

Our goal is not only to teach people how to cook Chinese food, but to help them understand the stories, traditions, and history behind each dish. For example, in our tofu workshops, we share the fascinating history of tofu — a food with more than 2,000 years of tradition in China — and guide participants through the process of making it themselves.

We also explore the connection between Chinese cuisine, traditional Chinese medicine, seasonal ingredients, and the balance of different elements that influence how food supports the body and wellbeing. Every dish has a story, and every ingredient carries cultural meaning.
