I don't have a lot of years of experience but my passion and love is key to knowledge.. I'm trying to test a lot of things even outside work and get better everytime! I love to see my plate as a canvas ready to be drawn!! So I guess for me, a plate gives me permission to let my fantasy and thought speak to turn into something beautiful!

By a young age I learned from my mother of course who is an amazing cook! I started testing by myself and after some years it became a job!!
