I'm a professional chef/pastry chef with 12 years of working experience. I really love nature and it's produce so I prefer to work with local ingredients and seasonality. My take on cooking is greek fusion with asian cause I really think those two go well together and my take on dessert is that I don't like sweet sweets I prefer balance.
