I'm professional chef for about 17 years specialising in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine as I come from Greece. My goal is to transmit the Greek cuisine to everyone that likes pure ingredients of nature and give the experience of tasting the mama's food I've grown up putting in my love for cooking and satisfying my need of making someone happy though my dishes.
