The mutual joy felt when offering my diners a memorable experience is priceless. I am fuelled by creating food that surpasses expectations and creates emotions. Always in pursuit of the best seasonal ingredients, with devotion to nature and respect to my customers, i am trying to provide you the last piece of the puzzle that will make your experience, in our beautiful island of Santorini, unforgettable.

With a degree in Food Chemistry from Athens University and after graduating from culinary school "Le Monde" in Athens my career started in Michelin starred Varoulko restaurant. Two years later i graduated from the famous school "Le Cordon Bleu" in Paris and in my pursue of knowledge and experience, i continued to work in some of the most famous Michelin stared restaurants of France. Gaya, Pierre Gagnaire, Les Magnolias, Arpege by Alain Passard were some of them.

After years of hard work finally decided to settle down in Santorini and use my experience and knowledge gained in order to explore new culinary paths in "La Maison" restaurant which soon ranked in the top 10 restaurants of Greece.

Searching for the next step, i decided to offer my services as a Private Chef. Leading a team of motivated and experienced Chefs driven by the same principles, we create tasteful menus with local ingredients, traditional recipes and mediterranean flavours mixed with modern culinary technics. My team is trained specifically by me in order to provide consistent and professional in-house dinning experience. Always respecting the culinary habits of our diners, menus are created accordingly in order to satisfy your needs based on the situation. We are looking forward to serve you.
