Serving your memories

I have been a professional chef for the past 17 years. I have studied in the universal training of culinary art and tourism professions in Delta, I have worked on different cuisines of the world such as Greek, Italian, Chinese, German and Spanish. I have worked with very talented chefs who have helped me a lot in my cooking and culinary development. Because I try to constantly develop myself, I have attended seminars on brunch and modern Greek cuisine. I have participated in brunch events and worked as a head chef in many restaurants.

Chef Kostas and his team were phenomenal for our Paros vacation. They were very responsive and accommodating of our requests.

Excellent! Chef Konstantin was really nice and attentive. The menu he elaborated was exactly what we were looking for. The dishes were all delicious and the presentation was perfect. He also did the service and cleaned the kitchen, leaving it spotless. We would definitely recommend him.
