Born and raised in Crete in a family of cooks and bakers I followed the culinary way of life, not only the profession.I am Passionate and enthusiastic with my job and love cooking and creating experiences for my guests.I have been working for 20 years and 10 years ago I was nominated as Executive Chef. I am specialized in Creative Cretan and Mediterranean Cuisine and familiar with all cusines so that I can meet all expectations be it traditional or contemporary. Feel free to express your requests. I can share with you my recipes and show you cooking techniques if you wish.
