Hello Guys, i am Kyriakos but i go by Kyr. I am a professional, traveled and seasoned chef. I studied culinary arts in Switzerland in CAA graduating in 2016. After that i did my fair bit of travel visiting and working in Colombia in a restaurant called Villanos En Bermudas, as well As in Paris, France in a few bistronomic restaurants, where i finally earned the title of being called chef. I love to cook the best ingredients, i am trained in classical French cooking, but my love for charcoal and my origins (being greek) makes me experiment with the limitations of cooking on fire in a simple and comforting manner
