Passionate for gastronomy
I am a proffessional chef with 18 years experience in cooking. With several years experience in top restaurants, such as the Michelin-starred Varoulko in Athens and 1800 in Santorini as well as luxury hotel restaurants such as the Myconian Ambassador in Mykonos and Aqua Blu in Kos, I am extremely familiar with the art of gastronomy and the high level of expectations in the kitchen. For the past 5 years I was the Head Chef of the Poseidonion Grand Hotel in Spetses. Now i started my own restaurants in Athens and i am the executive chef of group Pacha in Mykonos.
