Hi,I’m Stavros,a chef and cooking instructor with 17 years’ experience.I create authentic Greek dining and cooking experiences using local ingredients

Greece is more than sun and sea. It’s flavors, smells, and people who welcome you with food on the table.

I’m Stavros – a professional chef, cooking teacher, and Cretan local. I’ve been cooking since 2009 in Greece, London, and Germany, and I love sharing real Greek food with travelers who want something authentic.

I cook at your place, for 2 to 12 people. Private dinners, Greek cooking classes, or both – always relaxed, warm, and full of flavor. I bring my own equipment, take care of the serving and cleanup, and most importantly… I make you feel at home.

I use seasonal, local ingredients – from small producers, fresh fish, herbs from the mountains, and yes, I bake my own bread.

We had the most incredible experience with Stavros — the food was absolutely DELICIOUS (and I really mean extremely delicious!!). Every single dish was amazing and easily some of the best food we had during our entire vacation. From the beginning, he was incredibly accommodating and happily adjusted the menu to our wishes and preferences. He was also so kind, respectful, and professional, with such a wonderful personality that made the whole experience even more special. Having him cook for us at our villa was genuinely one of the highlights of our vacation. We couldn’t recommend him enough and would book him again in a heartbeat!!!

Unser Abend mit Stavros war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes! Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sowohl sehr professionell als auch herzlich, und die Möglichkeit, kleine Änderungen am Menü vorzunehmen, war für uns ein großes Plus. Am Abend selbst war Stavros pünktlich und äußerst professionell. Wir haben kaum mitbekommen, was in der Küche alles passiert ist, und konnten entspannt auf unserer Terrasse die Sonne genießen. Als das Essen fertig war, hat Stavros den Tisch liebevoll angerichtet und uns die verschiedenen Gerichte vorgestellt. Das größte Highlight war jedoch das Essen selbst: die selbstgebackene Focaccia, die frischen und lokalen Zutaten sowie die professionelle Zubereitung. Wir durften die kretische Küche noch einmal von einer ganz anderen und besonders köstlichen Seite entdecken. Am Ende des Abends hat Stavros alles sehr sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen. Wir hoffen sehr, seinen Service in Zukunft noch einmal in Anspruch nehmen zu können, und können ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
