Being a habitant of Kozani for some years gave me the opportunity to explore many ingredients of the area in my cooking such as wild mushrooms, greens and herbs which is a very big chapter in the kitchen for me. Many new farmers such as Godji Berry and Saffron farmers get in touch with me in order to work their products and highlight their nutrition value. From the local Saffron Cooperation every time traders or media from all over the world pay them a visit, they always add a special meal with Saffron made by myself. And my duty is to highlight this gold! The gold of the Greek land!
