Xenia is an AMAZING chef!!! She created a beautiful menu, responded to various dietary need and did an absolutely spectacular job of cooking! The food was exquisite and beautifully plated. Loved every bite!! Cannot say enough things about her personality and way of interacting - the BEST experience ever!! Would have her celebrate with us over an over again!!

Xenia Xoulei ist eine fantastische Köchin, die uns ein einzigartiges Menü gezaubert hat. Wir hatten ein wunderbares, volles Geschmackserlebnis, und trotz diätischer Einschränkungen hatten wir zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, auf irgendetwas verzichten zu müssen. Alles war unglaublich fein, perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt und ist uns förmlich auf der Zunge zergangen. Aber Xenia hat nicht nur fantastisch gekocht – sie hat mit ihrer herzlichen, entspannten Art dafür gesorgt, dass aus diesem besonderen Essen ein wunderschönes Familienfest wurde, bei dem sich wirklich alle wohlgefühlt haben. Unsere Diamanthochzeit und der 86. Geburtstag hätten kulinarisch und atmosphärisch kaum schöner gefeiert werden können. Ein ganz besonderer Abend, an den wir uns noch lange erinnern werden. Absolute Empfehlung!
