Chef Abde is a young, incredibly bright and talented Chef that brought creativity and richness to our vacation beyond what we expected. We were mostly our during the days, and needed pre-prepared meals of exceptional quality for evenings and late night entertainment. Chef delivered on all fronts, quickly grasping our needs, and providing creative, delicious takes and additions to the menu with minimal guidance, while still checking in with polite and thoughtful questions. His discretion and service was matched only by his talent in the kitchen and desire to help us to experience a delightful culinary adventure while enjoying the vast pleasures across Dubai. But only book this chef when I am not visiting for I will snatch him up myself anytime I am en route to Dubai.
