I am a professional chef with over 15 years experience. I studied my trade across the South of England before working in Canada and moving to the Middle East. I have worked across many different cuisines and excelled in fine dining, casual dining and corporate catering.

I love what I do and everyday is a new challenge. Meeting the customer/guests needs are extremely important for me. I love to bring joy through my food in whatever situation and interacting with the customer/guest is all part of the experience.

The challenge of working within a fast paced ever growing and improving food scene constantly brings me pleasure and I love to show that in the food I produce and deliver to the customer/guest. I am currently the Senior Manager Food & Beverage Development and Openings at Hilton.
