Coming from a diverse food cuisine country had made a strong foundation of food and its importance on me. After working in 5star chain of hotels like The Taj Group if Hotels and Hyatt Group of hotels I learned over time to pursue to be a better chef.
Working in Hospitality has for 13 years has molded me to a chef with confidence and willingness to try and play around with taste and flavors.
I worked as a Chef in Hyatt in a multi cuisine environment, after which I was flying with Etihad Airways as an Executive chef, catering and refining the details to a high profile first class guests.
