I am a professional chef with over 12 years of experience across Industrial Canteens ,brand Hotels, Fine dining restaurants and Private Households with strong experience in both Bulk and portions cooking.
Currently, I am working as a Chef de partie cum Person in Charge (PIC) at a High volume fine dining restaurant in Dubai, where I am responsible for Hot kitchen food Preparation,kitchen operations, food quality, staff coordination, hygiene, and maintaining consistent standards during service.
My experience covers a wide range of Local and International Cuisine and I am confident in menu preparation, kitchen management, food safety, team leadership, and maintaining high culinary standards.
