I am a professional chef with more than 14 years of experience in Food & Beverage Production, working across renowned 4-star and 5-star hotels and restaurants. Throughout my career, I have specialized in Western cuisine, including à la carte service, buffet operations, fine garnishing, pre-plated service, and the creation of signature sauces and vegetable dishes. I also have strong expertise in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
Currently, I work as a Private Chef for a British family, where I am responsible for menu development, healthy meal preparation, kitchen management, and delivering high-quality dishes with a focus on nutrition and presentation.
I hold a HACCP Diploma (Level 1), a Food Safety Diploma, a PIC certificate from Dubai Municipality, and a Professional Chef/Cook Diploma. I also completed a Fine Dining course at SCAFA College in JLT, Dubai, which strengthened my knowledge of modern techniques and refined plating.
As a chef, I value teamwork, organization, and consistency. I strive to create memorable culinary experiences by combining technique, creativity, and high-quality ingredients.
