With over 8 years of culinary experience — spanning 5-star luxury hotels to UHNWI private residences — I have built a career around delivering exceptional, personalised dining experiences at the very highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Most recently, I served as Private Chef for a VVIP UHNWI family of five in Abu Dhabi, where I managed all aspects of the household kitchen: from daily bespoke menu curation tailored to dietary needs (organic, keto, paleo, and halal requirements) to full inventory management, supplier relationships, and HACCP-compliant food safety protocols. Prior to this, I honed my skills as Chef de Partie at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Canal, Abu Dhabi, working under Michelin-level SOPs and managing service for up to 300 covers per day — an experience that instilled in me the discipline, precision, and attention to detail that I bring to every private kitchen I lead.

My culinary expertise spans a wide range of international cuisines including Mediterranean, Arabic, Italian, Latin American, Asian, Indian, and pastry. I am equally at home crafting an intimate family dinner as I am orchestrating a multi-course event for high-profile guests. I also hold certifications in HACCP (Level 2 & 3), First Aid, Fire & Safety, and the Emirates Food Safety Training (EFST), ensuring full compliance with UAE regulatory standards at all times.
