When I moved to Italy in 2015, to pursue Professional Culinary diploma in Italian Cuisine at ALMA, the world’s leading international School for Italian cuisine.
During this time in Italy I was working for the Michelin Starred Restaurants Arnolfo Ristorante, Colle di Val D’esla (2* Michelin), Ristorante Pinocchio, Borgomanero (1* Michelin 2011) and Al MetrÒ Ristorante, San Salvo Marina (1* Michelin) and gained lot of confidence and techniques of Italian Cuisine. My dream is to open a place where the menu differs everyday by cooking with the ingredients from local areas.
