I love cooking and have a large internationally influenced style of cooking many times showing off my fusion styles of cooking . I happily share my cooking secrets and recipes and add a lot of new twists on the classics as well . I love the experience of providing good food made with wholesome ingredients and fresh produce without adding artificial additives . And my desserts are divine unique finales to my meals gracefully plated to impress you , your family and guests.

I have a large menu of signature dishes which will never cease to amaze your palate I use fresh herbs spices and the best oils u can buy I don’t skimp on flavor nor quality and my food Definitely shows it.

Chef Tasha was so engaging and went above and beyond to deliver a fantastic new years eve party for my family - she met the brief perfectly and i feel so lucky that we got a hassle free, super delicious and memorable new year because she went above and beyond in many ways. If you have a party with kids involved - cannot recommend Chef Tasha more highly.

Everything was great from the moment of receiving the options for menu, accommodating special dietary requirements, communicating further details on presentation and serving and up arriving to the site on time, cooking, serving and cleaning. It was such a seamless experience that definitely highly recommend for a special event celebration! Chef Tasha, thanks a lot for making my birthday party a special one to remember!!!

I booked Chef Tasha for my fiancé’s surprise birthday dinner. I cannot speak more highly of Chef Tasha. I am extremely ecstatic with how everything turned out. Chef Tasha was extremely warm and friendly from the outset and on the night of the surprise. She exceeded my expectations in all ways and was very flexible from a timing perspective with regards to my last minute requests to change the time to maintain the surprise for my fiancé; and to accommodate my additional requests to include items such as flowers (which were altered until I was happy), colour scheme and even included my partners favourite small dish (cod dumplings) and other items which she personally sourced for me. The final set-up, including the personalized beautifully designed menu which had the wow-factor! Her warm, loving and highly personable approach and mannerisms complemented the delicious food she prepared and served. All 4 courses were prepared to delicious perfection and the time between courses was perfect. She even cleaned up the kitchen afterwards until the early hours of the morning. Chef Tasha is more than a Chef. She provided a marvelous experience for us, the memories of which will live long in our hearts. We will most definitely have her cook for us again. She’s part of the family now! Chef Tasha – thank you so so much.

Excellent and professional Attention to details!

Chef Tasha is an immensely talented chef. Each of our eight courses were deliciously cooked in generous portions. However, Tasha is much more than a wonderfully accomplished chef. She is an event planner, stager and fixer, providing a whole host of unexpected extras that made our NYE event a fantastic success. Aside from preparing and serving the food, Tasha went over and above to make the experience a memorable one for all our guests. Tasha is attentive, responsive, full of ideas and entirely flexible. She was able to cater to our different dietary needs and was constantly making new suggestions. I simply cannot wait to work with her again and wholeheartedly endorse and recommend her to anyone who wants to arrange a special night at home. It was a superb evening that we will be talking about for a long time.

Tasha did a great job of communicating throughout the whole process. She is thorough, polite, and made the experience fun. She made my first experience with Take a Chef very easy and fun to navigate. She took menu suggestions and offered some of her favorites and we had food enough for days. She decorated my flat to make it look like a VIP suite at an exclusive restaurant. I had no idea what to expect, and Tasha put me at ease and made the whole experience enjoyable and fulfilling. It's a great service, and I think Tasha will do well for you.)

TakeAChef is a wonderful experience for any occasion. Chef Tasha accommodated all party’s dietary requirements and explained what dishes she would recommend to complement each dish from appetizer to dessert

Chef Tasha was excellent in catering to our family’s dietary requirements. She had prepared a number of choices for our special occasion and all the dishes were very well presented. To finish off, she had made a Boston Creme Cake which topped it off at the end. Thank you a Chef Tasha for a wonderful experience.
