Started cooking at the age of 16 in the kitchen industry and have never turned a back since and never will. Do everything I can to bring abt a smile in the face of the people who dine. Began my career at jebal Ali golf resort nd spa I then traveled to the states worked in California and New York, then worked in Mexico followed by Thailand.
