I’ve worked in a variety of kitchens across the UK, including a Michelin-starred restaurant where I spent a year as a CDP, helping the team maintain the star. After that, I moved on to a 2 AA Rosette restaurant as a junior sous, where we achieved a third rosette and won Yorkshire Restaurant of the Year in 2013/2014.

Alongside that, I also worked in several restaurants while completing my university degree.
