My culinary journey began as an on-job trainee at Tag Hotels, where I built a strong foundation in wok cooking, soups, and stir-fries. This led me to Novotel, where I solidified my basic skills and was introduced to Japanese cuisine—culminating in the proud opportunity to help cater the 44th Chess Olympiad, serving delegates from 182 countries. Seeking to specialize further, I joined Hilton Bangalore as a Commi 1 in the Pan-Asian section, mastering live sushi counters, dim sum, bao, and teppanyaki during bustling Sunday brunches. Today, I continue to grow as a Commi 1 at Capital Catering in the UAE, preparing Asian and Indian dishes for high-volume settings—including live sushi service at StMC Hospital—while steadily expanding my expertise into Arabic cuisine. Each step has sharpened my versatility, precision, and passion for creating memorable, flavorful experiences.
