I love using local ingredients.

I have also worked all around Europe with some of the worlds best chefs.

I am very flexible when it comes do different cuisine.

I found my self to love to experiment with food. To take my skills to the next level

I learned to cook at...

I learned how to cook at a very young age working in a pub in Ireland when I was still in school, working past time. I soon after realizing my passion

A role model in the kitchen is...

My roll model are Heston Blumenthal and Allan Duccase which both of them I have worked for
