Chef At Home in Dubai
My passion for cooking started when I was a kid and soon became a
job. After few experiences in traditional restaurants I had the pleasure to work for the Prada
family for 4 years in Milano. Than Ive been working for 2 years abroad in Australia and French
Polynesia working in French restaurants and Luxury resorts. Back to Italy I join the Michelin
Starred restaurant Loro* near Bergamo where from Chef Pierantonio Rocchetti I learn all the
modern and finest techniques. 2021 I came to Dubai where I opened a brand new restaurant
and expressing my idea of cuisine became really popular and well known in less than one year.
After Dubai experience I moved to Abu Dhabi to open a franchise restaurant Totó, that got
awarded as Best Newcomer Restaurant Abu Dhabi 2024 and Best Pizza at the international
gourmet show at Abu Dhabi National exhibition center.
