My passion for cooking started when I was a kid and soon became a job. After few experiences in traditional restaurants I had the pleasure to work for the Prada family for 4 years in Milano. Than Ive been working for 2 years abroad in Australia and French Polynesia working in French restaurants and Luxury resorts. Back to Italy I join the Michelin Starred restaurant Loro* near Bergamo where from Chef Pierantonio Rocchetti I learn all the modern and finest techniques.

2021 I came to Dubai where I opened a brand new restaurant and expressing my idea of cuisine became really popular and well known in less than one year.

After Dubai experience I moved to Abu Dhabi to open a franchise restaurant Totó, that got awarded as Best Newcomer Restaurant Abu Dhabi 2024 and Best Pizza at the international gourmet show at Abu Dhabi National exhibition center.

This was a Christmas present and we were totally blown away. Thank you chef Frederico for a wonderful evening - an Italian chef preparing Japanese food, with an astounding level of professionalism and care, was really engaging and the product was delicious.

We had an exceptional experience with Chef Federico. The food was absolutely incredible — beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and truly memorable. His service was impeccable, and the waitress he brought with him was equally professional, attentive, and warm, which made the entire evening flow effortlessly. The wine service was exquisite and thoughtfully curated, adding a special touch to the night. Our guests were delighted, and everyone felt wonderfully taken care of.
