I am a professional Italian Chef with over a decade of experience gained in the world’s leading culinary capitals, including Milan, London, Melbourne, and Dubai. My cuisine is the result of an international journey through high-level environments, where I have learned to balance respect for the raw materials of my homeland with cutting-edge global techniques. 

Since November 2025, I have proudly held the role of Sous Chef at Smoked Room in Dubai, one of the most prestigious and innovative fixtures in the current culinary landscape of the United Arab Emirates.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to lead brigades and manage complex kitchens across various centers of excellence:

• Head Chef at Pomiroeu (Monza, IT)

• Sous Chef at Morelli Restaurant (Hotel Viu, Milan)

• Chef de Partie at Cannavacciuolo Caffè & Bistrot (Novara, IT)

• International Experience: I consolidated my technical skills in iconic institutions such as Vue de Monde in Melbourne and The Savoy Hotel in London. 

In addition to my commitment to award-winning restaurants, I have developed solid experience in curating exclusive private dinners and high-end private events. I love creating bespoke gastronomic journeys, bringing my experience directly to intimate, private settings for a discerning clientele seeking quality, discretion, and creativity.
