I am a professional chef, who has dedicated her 35 years culinary career to placing Italian and Arabic cuisine on the world map.

After a successful experience in my motherland, I got an offer to promote my food culture in Italy, where I worked as a private chef in the catering industry for 13 years.

And…

In 2018 I was deeply honored and humbled to be appointed as a “Professional Chef” from the “Accademia Italiana Chef”, one of the most renamed academies in Italy!

12 Years Later I’ve decided to move in my dream city, in a Muslim country and here I am in Dubai, looking to make a creative contribution with my Arabic-European cuisine know- how.

Chef Jamila and her team helped make my wife's 40th a great success, they were incredible throughout the process. From helping create the menu to assuring me that everything was on track. When they showed up they were friendly and got on with minimal fuss. They were even able to adjust the menu for one guest during the dinner (alergies). The food was fantastic from start to finish. What a wonderful experience, i couldn't recommend them enough

Excellent service by Jamila. We got exactly what we were looking for (a traditional italian easter lunch) delivered with quality, kindness and totally hassle-free. My guests were really pleased with the experiece

Chef Jamila and Olly were an absolute delight to work with. I hosted a dinner party at home and some guests had special requirements (gluten free, no meat, etc.). Communication was smooth and she was able to adjust the menu accordingly. During the dinner, the service was outstanding, each dish was beautifully presented and introduced by Olly. My guests and I have a lovely evening! Every dish was delicious and copious. My youngest daughter was peeking in the kitchen and Chef Jamila kindly offered a special meal for her using the ingredients already available. I was touched by the extra mile. I highly recommend Chef Jamila and Olly if you want to enjoy a stress-free night, and delight your guests.

This is a great idea, the experience was very nice, I suggest you market it better because the only way I found you was because I came up with the idea to surprise my wife like this, and it happens that I googled "Private Chef Dubai". I think there is a percentage of people that will go for it if they see it. It is not as visible as I think it should be.

Chef Jamila and Olly were so amazing to work with. We were celebrating a birthday and the menu presented was incredible. The food was delicious to be honest more than we exepected. We just couldn't get over how delicious the food was. Chef Jamila and olly were so nice and plesant to work with. They were so sweet and interactive and we will definetly go with them for our next events!

It was an unequivocal delight! The cuisine was sensational, and Jamila and Ollie were delightful hosts. I strongly endorse this experience and we will certainly do it again the future. Overall, it was an incredibly splendid evening! :)

Olly and chef Jamila exceeded our expectations by very far!! It was a special day for us and they totally nailed it, all down to the very details of the experience. The food is “mamma” level but with 3 star Michelin execution and presentation. Words can’t describe their professionalism and loveliness. I TOTALLY recommend them and would definitely collaborate again with them for other events ❤️

Jamila is an excellent chef, assisted by Olly . They were punctual, organised the kitchen with minimum help from my side, they were very discreet from beginning to end, but Olly was quite engaging when needed and I really enjoyed our conversations. The presentation of the dishes was excellent, and the food delicious. We opted for Italian food given the background of the chef and we were not disappointed! I would highly recommend Jamila and I hope she comes to cook for us again .
