I am a professional chef, who has dedicated her 35 years culinary career to placing Italian and Arabic cuisine on the world map.
After a successful experience in my motherland, I got an offer to promote my food culture in Italy, where I worked as a private chef in the catering industry for 13 years.
And…
In 2018 I was deeply honored and humbled to be appointed as a “Professional Chef” from the “Accademia Italiana Chef”, one of the most renamed academies in Italy!
12 Years Later I’ve decided to move in my dream city, in a Muslim country and here I am in Dubai, looking to make a creative contribution with my Arabic-European cuisine know- how.
