Born in Mombasa Kenya , I found my calling to cuisine at a young age, growing up in a family with a passion for food. When I was presented with the opportunity to venture to Dubai, I saw it as a chance to expand my culinary knowledge. I‘m no stranger to the stars, having pleased the palate of Steven Seagal & HH Sheikh Hamdan . I have worked in some of Dubai’s most prestigious restaurants, including Burj Al Arab and Marina Social.
