I am a professional chef with 13 years experience in the industry. I studied in Paris, France & started my career at 3 star michelin restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London.

Ive worked at & helped open some of the best restaurants in Dubai, including La Petite Maison, Il Borro, Avli & Flamingo Room.

I am comfortable in creating & customising menus to suit your preferences.
